Optimize usage of available resources to ensure effective and efficient programs, services, and processes (based on comments 2, 3, 5, 8, 12, 14)
This may be the only priority that can be used to address non-credit/personal enrichment. Is there any other way in which we can allow those of all economic levels to take advantage of non-credit classes for personal enrichment or career development?
